Option B is the right answer.

A book contains Title on the first page,

After the title, the book going to have an index which going to define the content of the book.

Then Content of the book tell us about the chapters included within a book,

Chapters always start with the Introduction.

The correct sequence for a book would be:

Introduction
Title
Index
Contents
Chapters.

The introduction usually comes before the main text of the book and sets the stage for what's to come.
The title comes next, followed by the index which lists all the topics covered in the book.
The table of contents usually follows the index, giving an overview of the chapters and their page numbers.
Finally, the chapters are presented in order.

The correct order is; 3(Title) 2(Contents) 1(index ) 5(Introduction) 4(Chapters)

You get the title on the cover of the book then after opening it, there is content and then an index, afterward introductions and chapters at last.

Then how option (c) is correct? Please explain.

Option C is correct.

The correct meaningful sequences:

Title
Contents

Index

This sequence follows the typical structure of a book:

Title: The title of the book is usually the first thing you see.
Contents: The table of contents lists the main sections or chapters of the book.
Introduction: The introduction provides an overview or background information.
Chapters: The main body of the book, is divided into chapters.
Index: The index is usually found at the end of the book, providing an alphabetical list of topics covered.
