The correct answer should be B 3, 2, 5, 1, 4.
Because how come it is possible to have chapters before index.

Here content itself consist of index and chapters so there is no need to specify both index and chapter.

Wrong. where do Chapters come before Index. It would be correct if by Index u meant Appendix.
