There 1st FOUNDATION then they build WALLS, While Building Wall they Left some space for WINDOWS, Next ROOF Finally FLOOR. Now The ROOM is Ready.

The given answer is correct.
1. Foundation ( starting point).
2. Wall (pillars/ arcs..walls ).
3. Window (usually left blank or left with wooden frame).
4. Roof (since it requires constant watering for solidification) .
5. Flooring (tiles / marbels will be done).
6. Room ( Final product).

Room without floor, floor without roof, roof without window, window without wall, wall without foundation.
