Guys its very easy to find right and left direction. Let me take this question as an example and will explain it to you.

Step 1: Imagine India map and draw the directions ie., N-S-E-W
Let the starting point be (A). Plz refer to the figure given in the explanation part for better understanding.

Step 2: According to question Rasik walked 20 m north(B) so draw a line in the north direction name it as (B)

step 3: Now he turned right(C), so it means he is heading towards east direction. he walked there for 30 m. Draw a line in east direction and name it as (C)

step 4: Now he turns right and walks 35m, According to the figure now you are in point C, so right will be Downwards direction and mark that as (D).

step 5: Now you are in point D. Now he turns left and walks 15m so from point D, left will take you to East ward direction and mark that point as (E).

step 6: Now you are in E, he will finally turn left and walks 15m, so From E left will take you to Upward Direction

step 7: Now just draw a horizontal line, now we need to find the distance between A-> F.
A->C = 30m
D->E = 15m
so A->F will be 30+15 = 45m in East direction, as F is in East so it will be 45m East.

I hope i have cleared the doubts
