Make the Orginal 2 clocks them put the 6 end upwards(North) And On the second Clock make the it 9:15 the put it in a Same way as the ist clock is placed As I mean 6 should b towards Northwards. our 9 will b our east now and 3 will be west. our minute hand will b on 3 as the time is 9:15 so that is the answer (west).

All the conditions written in the question, becomes reverse actually. At 6'o clock it point towards north instead of south, so that minute hand after 15 min. It will point towards west instead of the east. i.e west is the correct answer.

East is right. The Hour hand shows north. Minute hand at 12shows south at 9.15 hour hand at 9 i.e west. Opposite minute hand east.
