4th is incorrect as a fully shaded face is impossible to be formed according to the figure. Because three shaded and one unshaded is folded together.

No. 2 is incorrect. To have no.2's result, we need to change the white triangle to the right side (regarding the unfolded figure).

All the tip of four sides will meet on one same face, but one tip is not coloured so one fourth will be left blank and one dot be at center so option 2.
