It's Simple. See it in two part.
1) the upper shaded region and dot are opposite.
2) the lower shaded region and dot are adjacent (side by side)
Now, option 1 is right because one shaded region is opposite that is in down face and the adjacent can be anywhere at the back.
Option 2 is wrong because one shaded region must be present opposite to the dot but as we see both are adjacent to the dot.
Option 3 is also right because one shaded region is adjacent and other may be present opposite to the dot.
Option 4 is exactly like a mirror image of option three here now dot is hidden and shaded part is visible.

It's nothing hard in it. See carefully for 10 sec and try to imagine the given net as a joined figure and read the explanation.
The two shaded sides will be adjacent to each other. And the dot is adjacent to one of the shaded side and is opposite to the other shaded side. So, We can conclude that all the three i.e., the two shaded sides and the dot are adjacent in one direction.
Hope you understand me.

See Here the black side which is in same column of dot, It can not be adjacent to it in any possible configuration.
So two black can side never be adjacent to the dot, which contradicts the image (2).
Hope you get it! :).

Only the 4th option is the right answer.
Because 3 dice is followed opposite condition.
Opposite condition :
Dot opposite-coloured box.
Blank box opposite blank box.
Blank box opposite coloured box.

Here the only Condition we have to follow is dark, dot box are opposite n box, box are opposite n box, dark are opposite and remaining all can be adjacent check these conditions.

We can see on figure two dark side will never be adjacent of the phase with 1, so 2 will be not included into the answer.

1 and 4 is the right answer because black=dot. White =Black and White =White. So 1 and 4 matches.
