Explanation:
In these 2 positions one common face with number 1 is in the same position. Hence according to the rule number (3), 2 is opposite 6 and 3 is opposite to 5. Therefore opposite to 4 is 1.

In two dices 1 is the common point which has adjacent sides of 3 2 and 5 6, so they never be opposite to 4, so the answer is 1, this is my first attempt if my approach to answer is wrong can any one give me the right way to get the answer.

Jst rotate the 1st cube to left such that 3 will be opp to 6 and 2 opp to 5 remaining 4 which is under 1.
