When two dice have common face the other faces are on both dice will be opp. Here 3 opp to 3 and 5 opp to 6 now the one and only 1 will be opp to 2 as per the figure, I think this helps.

D is correct. As we taken; 3 as a common number then take a number of both dice as clockwise then we see when pointing 2 the number of the opposite is 1.
