Since one face has four adjacents try clubbing all adjacents.

We need to find opposite of 3 so collect all the adjacents, the remaining one is the opposite

3 = 4, 6, 1, 2.
5 is remaining so its the opposite.

Consider 1 st option a) 4 & 6 is not opposite to 3.
Consider 2 nd option b) 1 & 4 is not opposite to 3.
Consider 4 th option d) 2 & 1 is not opposite to 3.

Here 1,2,4,6, are not opposite to 3.
Left 3 and 5

3 can't be opposite to 3.

So 5 is left,
