Simple 4, 6 two are common in two dice so, 1-5 both are opposite to each other.

Rule number 2 says in two diff positions, if there are two common faces and one of the common faces is in the same position, then the remaining faces are opposites of each other.

In both dice, 6 and 4 are common so we will remove them then 1 opposite is 5. As shown in dice.

In both, 4,6 are common then remaining is opposite to each other i.e 1-5.

If additional of face;

4+6 = 10
6+1 = 7
4+1 = 5
4+5 = 9
5+6 = 11
6+4 = 10.

If any of the adjacent faces sum is 7 then it is standard dice,
So (any face no.+unknown)=7,
1+6=7.

You can also keep it's position in such a way;

461
456
Then opposite to 1 is 6. Is this way correct @Prince.

6/4/1.

This will show the opposite position of no. 1.
