First of all see which one is the most common in dice and then take its adjacent symbols like.
* = @, -, +, $
And, Symbol * has four adjacents and which one is miss that is 8.
So, we have our answer 8.

Its very simple consider the first figure
1)-,@,* '-' front,'@'top,'*' right
if we turn dice one step in clock wise direction then u will get 2)*,@,+ '*'front,'@'top,'+'right here '-' is turn to left side then '-' is face opp-sit to '+'
and again dice roll to top then '$' will come to front side then @ is opp_sit to '$'
finally '*' is oppsitive to '8'
sorry for my worst English
