C is correct because in dice case priority will be given to single face matching after that non-face matching.

Solving dice 1 & 4th we have,
F A B
F C D
So opposite of A is C.

The picture 3 and 4 does not make sense. D and C are in the exact same position, yet the third letter chenges. It would be OK, if one of the letter would be there twice, but it is 6 side dice and we can clearly see 6 letters (A, B, C, D, E, F).

Option D is correct if we take 1st and last dice. I think your question is wrong as its giving two different answers from two pairs please make corrections.
