Mothers age will be 55 years 4m 5days on aug 18. So mother was born on april 13. Sons age=55-28=27 and day is april 13.

They have asked for which day? not which date I say that data is not sufficient enough, so answer is D either a nor b.

Year not mentioned. But this year means 2017. Gautam birthday is apr13, 1990.

I think answer should be option b) as the 2nd statement is enough to find the date of a child's birthday.

The Answer will be d.

Vartika said: (Dec 14, 2019)
Yes the answer will be D as they ask for day not date.

I think the answer should be D. Because after reading both statements we concluded that (55-28=27) year 4 months i.e. April or 5 days means 13. So he was born on 13 April.

But in question, they ask for on which day. So both statements insufficient to answer.
