According to me, option D, is correct because it isn't stated that Hemant has to leave to Ramnagar by taking only the next bus, he has 4 chances to take the bus, at 8 : 15, 8 : 45, 9 : 15, and 9 : 45. It states that buses go upto 10 pm.

Hopefully, what I stated seems logical.

In my opinion, option D is correct. Because in two statements, they don't mentioned that the bus would go to dhanpur. They said only the bus timings.

B should be the correct answer because 2 is sufficient but in one you don't know when the next bus will leave.

I is sufficient as the last bus is at 10 pm and given interval is 30 mins.
