Because, we cannot list 'Argentina' along with other options except 'Australia'.
But we can easily list 'Australia' with other options except 'Argentina'.

Asia, Africa, Antarctica, and Australia are continents while Argentina is the only country in the group. Australia is both a country and a continent. So the answer is [B]. Argentina.

There are 7 continents in the world:
Asia, Africa Europe, South America, North America, Australia and Antarctica.
