Answer should be D. Government has decided to hold single entrance there are many reason (reduce the no of test, student invest less money on test).

State govt has debarred other student may be no of students in state is more or reduce the tension of govt from student poltics. Etc.

@Dhruvan.

Central has supreme power than state. They decided to conduct a common entrance test because some states are not allowing other state students. As for my knowledge, option B is correct.

Maybe the answer is A, due to the common test other states students can get admission on our state and due to this 2nd statement applied no other state student can apply in our state like this.

Cause: Some State government do not allow another state student's to sit in their medical college while some of the State Government allow other student to sit.

Effects: 1, 2.

The answer should be option 'B' as some states did not allow students of other states that is why the government started a common medical test.

The 2nd statement is the cause that's why the 1st statement is the effect.

The answers should be "B".

Yes, I also agree with option B because from 2 sentences the effect for 1 sentence has taken place.

Why it can be option C but the statements can have their individual effects. Isn't it?
