There is a confusion between E and B.
But if we read carefully we notice that in 2 statement. The campaign regarding the awareness of the health is organised for the middle age group. But in statement 1 it realises by all. So, the Answer is B.

Correct answer is E because scope of age groups is different.
On one side they are talking about all section of society and on another they are talking about middle age people.

It is true that II is cause and I is effect. But I is not the effect of II cause. As It is rightly said above Miiddle age and all sections are different.
