The standard of living will not go up unless a solid economy experiences growth and shares its success with the working class. So, the answer is B.

We, people. Hence people or their standard of living is the cause. So, it should be Option A.

Cause : Economy growth.

Effect : standard living going up.

So, I think the right answer is B.
