I think it shoudl be D.
Something like less production caused price hike in international mkt.
But, due to some reason, it didnt affect domestoc marktet, example, domestic mkt already hav enuff supplies.'

should be correct since I could be true due to gov subsidy and II could be due to more demand or due to some shift in international policy.

Agree it should be D as the price is the effect of supply (the cause) , in this case the cause "supply" is different domestically & internationally.

Answer should be D. Petrol prices remaining unchanged cannot be the cause, it is an effect for sure.

It should be D. A particular reason made domestic prices of petrol and diesel unchanged, while the crude oil price in increased in the international market for another reason.
