C and Q are sisters. Z is the mother of Q. A is the son of C. So, A and Z is husband and wife. P is the son of Z. So, the answer is maternal uncle.

C and Q are sisters. But how Q and P is the son of Z. Clearly, Q is sister are mentioned in first then how to say Q and P is the son?

Option B is correct because A is the son of C and C is the sister of P. And p it's gender is male, so, option B is the best answer.

C and p are sisters, why can't it be the answer?
