Answer C is not right because in answer C, M and O is brother and N is daughter of O this shows M is the uncle of N not maternal uncle.

So 'O' may be father or mother, that is not sure, answer C is only correct if O was mother.

Maternal uncle means mothers brother and then paternal uncle is fathers brother uncle means we call generally our relatives.

In given question, the alphabets are not available like M, N, O so the answer is D.
