Daughter of means - Deepak's mother's daughter - Deepak's sister.

Younger to two brothers of daughter-sister of Deepak and sister of 4 brother means the boy is brother to Deepak.

I think the Correct answer is Brother. Coz, Father's wife is Deepak's Mother, of the daughter means the sister of Deepak. There are two brothers in the family, one is Deepak and the other one left is his brother, who is playing football.
