My father's wife is the mother of deepak and the daughter of my father's wife is sister of deepak. And we know that boy playing with football is brother of sister. So easily know that boy is related deepak as brother.

My fathers wife means : Deepaks mom.
Hence daughter of my fathers wife means she is the sister of deepak. Therefore the boy playing with football is the Nephew of deepak.
