M's Grand son (GS) - GS's Wife(GSW).

Here the questions is "How Amit is related to GSW ?

Now,
If GS is son of A/Bs, then Amit is Father-in-law of GSW.

But,
If GS is son of Ss, then Amit is Father/Uncle of GSW.

Possibilities are :

1. Father-in-law
2. Father
3. Uncle (Brother of Mother-in-law).

Now see the given options: Options A, B and C are rolled out.

Option D is 'Father-in-law' is the required answer.
