Here is the explanation, come from the last.
Step 1: Only daughter of my son ==> Shashanks Granddaughter.
Step 2: "She" is the mother of "the only daughter".
So "She" is the Daughter-in-law of "Shashank".

Because Shashank has the only son and it must be sure that if he is a father of that girl than definitely, his wife is his daughter's mother. So she is daughter-in-law.

The woman is the mother of only daughter of Shashank's son. Daughter of son means granddaughter and her mother means daughter in law. So, the woman is daughter in law of Shashank.
