In my opinion, uncle is not the right answer.
Father of (Deepak's daughter's father) father (Deepak's Husband) ---> Father-in-law.
Father of (Deepak's daughter's father) father (Deepak's Husband) ---> Father-in-law.

Actually, here we can see there is a statement give "Father of my daughter's father" When we are rewriting this sentence we get " Father of Deepak's daughter of father".
So my daughter's father =Deepak'.
And brother of Deepak's father means uncle.
So my daughter's father =Deepak'.
And brother of Deepak's father means uncle.

As the gender of the person is not given so answer could be uncle or aunt.
But aunt is not given so it must be uncle only.

For suppose let us assume Deepak's daughter be Deepika.
Father of (my daughter's father) =Father of (Deepika's father).
=Father of Deepak.
So "His only brother" means Deepak's father's brother.
Hence the person is uncle to Deepak.
