There is no clue for vernacular is the wife of sudeep. So kalyani may be ashok's aunt (through the wife).

It is not necessary that if venna is sister of ashoks's then she will be daughter in law of same house so as an assumption she will not.

Why veena may not be the sister of Ashok's wife, that also is the sister-in-low of ashok. In this way, also the answer is none of these.
