C cannot be the answer because are is the father of P. R and P are not siblings. M will be the grandfather of P. And not uncle of P.

How to take or consider alphabets as they use in answer. This means from where we should start considering the alphabetical order.

As per the question what I understood is,
M is the brother of K means here M is a boy
K is the father of T means here K is also a boy
That means here both M and K are brothers.
Next, they given that T is the sister of P.
According to relations...mothers or fathers brother is uncle.
Hence, M is the uncle of P.
