Actually, D is the right one, due to pure elimination. According to the question, dollar sign separates father and son and nowhere we see s$q i.e. S is the father of Q. Hence, D is the correct one.

Q is the sister of P and P is the son of S which means P (male) and Q (female) are siblings. So S is the father of P and Q both.

Option D is right i.e non of these because,
Q@P means Q is sister of p.
P%S means P is son of S.
That means P and Q are son & daughter of S.
But we can't say it with surety whether S is mother or father as the gender of S cannot b determined.
So, option D is the answer.
Q@P means Q is sister of p.
P%S means P is son of S.
That means P and Q are son & daughter of S.
But we can't say it with surety whether S is mother or father as the gender of S cannot b determined.
So, option D is the answer.

@Trupti Sharma,
Q@S implies that Q is the sister of S,
S%P says that S is the son of P, gender of P is not specified.
Hence it can't be the correct option.
S$P@Q and P@/$/%S%Q are the answer for the above relation as per my opinion.
Q@S implies that Q is the sister of S,
S%P says that S is the son of P, gender of P is not specified.
Hence it can't be the correct option.
S$P@Q and P@/$/%S%Q are the answer for the above relation as per my opinion.

Hi,
The correct answer according to me is option D.
Explanation:
The option A say S@P$Q which means S is the sister of P and P is the father of Q and here P is the father, not S.
The option B says Q@P%S which means Q is the sister of P is the son of S here P is the father, not S.
The option C says Q$S@P which means Q is the father of S and S is the sister of P.
And the question asked shows the relations that S is the father of Q but according to this equation Q is the father of S..
Therefore option D. None of these is correct
