This is very easy to understand
Let us take;
123= this is 3 digit number in this center number will take as power (ie, 2).
Next remaining 2 digits are written as (ie, 13). Next 13 is number 2 is power ie, (13*2)
235= this is 3 digit number in this center number will take as power (ie, 3). Next remaining 2 digits are written as (ie, 25). Next 25 is number 3 is power ie, (25*3).

It can be solve that,
11*11+2 of 123 and,
13*13::15*15+10=235.
So, 11 +2=13,
So, 15 + 10 = 25 * 25..
11*11+2 of 123 and,
13*13::15*15+10=235.
So, 11 +2=13,
So, 15 + 10 = 25 * 25..

If 123 in this remove 2 and then it is 13 square. And 235 from this if 3 removed then it will be 25 square.

I think 25^2 is correct because of 11^2 + 2 : (11+2)^2.
Similarly,
15^2 +10 : (15+10)^2.
And you are right @Kartar Singh.
Similarly,
15^2 +10 : (15+10)^2.
And you are right @Kartar Singh.

Why don't we think like this? If 123 in this remove 2 and then it is 13 square. And 235 from this if 3 removed then it will be 25 square.
