Here the logic is; Addition of 10 is also following A+10=K, E+10=O, F+10=P, J+10=T.

I have another form.
A-K = 10, E-O = 10, F-P = 10, J-T = 10. Therefore, QUVZ is GKLP of 10 difference each.
A-K = 10, E-O = 10, F-P = 10, J-T = 10. Therefore, QUVZ is GKLP of 10 difference each.
