He means that student goes to collage for education because collage provides education, whereas the main purpose of hospital is to provide treatment to a patient so patient goes to hospital. :) :) :) :).

College has teachers as well but here we have taken students so the hospital has doctors and patients as well since we have taken students in college so patients in the hospital.

According to me, It is explained as; Students are admitted into a college, similarly, patients are admitted into a hospital.
