The meaning of fatigue is getting tired.

Meaning of fast is not related to speed here, it is related to not eating the whole day due to some beliefs.

I think Fatigue is a type of load which can act on a particular part again and again.

Fatigue means temporary loss of strength and energy,

Fast means without eating anything for particular time.

Here, race leads loss of energy and Fast makes hungry.

The above answer is absolutely correct!

Here fast doesn't represent speed, it say you have not eaten anything for a period of time.

So antonym of fast is hungry!
