Callous means cruel, savage, unsympathetic. Here there are two options which suits unkind and unfeeling. Both are right.

Callous - showing or having an insensitive and cruel disregard for others.
Eg His callous comments about the murder made me shiver.
Unfeeling - cold hearted.
