Bankrupt is someone who can not pay his dues, he/she needs to lead his/her life with the money he/she has. Insolvent means the same.

But, poor is someone who can not lead his/her life, worse situation than an insolvent or bankrupt person.

Bankrupt and broke both mean the same.

The question should also specify its "parts of speech".

If insolvent is "adjective" then answer is "broke".

If insolvent is "noun" then answer is "bankrupt".
