Answer D is correct as option B and C do not have any errors and even option A is correct as gerund "ing form can be used with verb+ed" as per grammer rules.

There is no error. The option is correct. Because the subject already particularize the person (your) , so no grammatical mistake in A, and because of that not on B also. The C signifies the subject.
So none of them are wron.
