On time means that there is a specific time established when something is supposed/expected to happen, and it is happening at the planned time.

In time means that something happened at the last moment before it was too late; before something bad would happen.

A, B and C all seem to have errors. But A is correct as 'not' should be removed from sentence. It's the first error so should be the answer because it simply doesn't make sense.

'We' should be used as the sentence says 'our' belongings and not 'his' belongings.

i.e He would have lost all his belongings' or we would have lost all our belongings.

In option A, it means for a single person but in option C how can it indicate multiple people?

I guess option A is the answer.

According to my understanding, it is a conditional sentence and it should be like this.

If you not reached in time.

How would option C be? Since he or we may come.

Correct me if I am wrong. I'm not getting the correct answer.

I don't see any mistake in the sentence. I mean, how does it matter who loses our belongings? he or we.

But it should be like,

A) If he hadn't
B) Reached in time
C) He would have lost all our belongings.

Since the belonging is "our" so I think i.e. why its "we" not "he"?

Please correct me if I'm wrong.

I feel A is the answer because it should be "If you had not".

Please correct me if I am wrong.
