English verbs have five basic forms:
The base form, the - S form, the - ing form, the past form, and the past participle form.

"More Quickly". It is wrong because, comparative form of Quick is Quicker, so more quickly is not making any sense here.

Option C is right because we use verb 2nd form in whole the sentence so no need to use have in the option C.
