In option A 'so' is correct because it is used as 'so that' clause. Read the complete sentence, you will get it.

Hi the option is A is correct. Since revert back, discussing about etc are commonly called as "Indianism" in corporates ( as i am working in that). It like repeating twice time and commonly used in indian english.
As in the example "revert back the email", here revert the email simply does the meaning. However revert and back gives most similar meanings.
