Question tag uses the same auxiliary verb as in the main part of the sentence.

If no auxiliary verb is present then did/do/does is used in Q.Tag.s

Question is in past tense so did will come

It is in +ve form.no not is used so n't will come
and finally she will come

so did+n't +she
