' I ' is singular and third person, and with Singular sub. So, We use the singular helping verb.

And, have is plural that's why it is wrong.

" I have got " is the correct one, there is no error why because this is present perfect sentence.

I had got would be it, If we are talking in Past Tense Sense.

I have got would be it, If we are talking in Present Perfect Sense.

I got would be it, If we are talking in Simple Present Tense Sense.

We have to use simple past for the past actions if they mentioned. about the specific time in the past.

1) Present perfect "have got" is used for actions that have relevance to the present.
2) Simple past "got" is correct because "1988" is a specific point in the past.
