What wrong if I say that the error is in 'A'. It may be"neither money".

Agreed to soumen and another mistake is "also" it is used between auxiliary and main verb.

What is wrong with 'he neither gave them money nor did help them in any way'?

It's Option A. It can be the use of Neither and nor. Neither he gave them any money nor did help them in any way.
