Yes, I agree with @Divya. The correct answer would be 'NONE OF US IS' because:
- None of -> uses singular verb.
- None -> uses plural verb.
Eg: 1) "None of them have arrived yet" is wrong.
Correct one is "None of them has arrived yet".
2) "None is genuine" is wrong.
Correct one is "None are genuine".
- None of -> uses singular verb.

Neither - not either - implies that there is a choice of only two.
So "neither of my teachers" is only correct if there are exactly two teachers, "none of my teachers" can be any number
