Few is a countable noun so we can use few days.

According to me, The option must also be C as we can't use "a" with uncountable things like few, some etc.

I think here, it should be Could in the place of can is right.

Using "if" is correct in second statement?

As if we use "if" in that sentence is correct then we have to complete the following sentence.

Please let me know. What is correct?

It should be "for few days".

I think in third option it should be "for few days" instead of "for a few days".

I think it should be "for few days" and not "for a few day".

I also agree with the answer.

Since, "asked" is the past tense used in the first sentence, we have to replace can with could.

@Surabhi.

Hey could is the past tense of can. Here we used could because of (A) my friend "asked" me. As asked me is a past tense of ask so we use could which is the past tense of can!
