What's wrong in put up rather to inserted, sounds similar right? Help me please.

"an" before "advertisement" is wrong isn't it?

"put up" or "inserted". Doesn't it means the same?

Why published in place of put up?

Ezio said: (Aug 16, 2017)
Put out would be better as it means to publish.
