Because things like everybody, nobody always takes a singular verb so it is "has" not "have".

If everybody is in a sentence it represents singular so we have to use has.

Both "should" and "must" are similar in meaning except that "must" is a much stronger word as compared to "should".

Indefinite pronouns always take a singular form of verb.
So instead of "have", there will be "has".
