A should be the right answer because people is the plural. there is no word like peoples in the dictionary

Ya of course. People is correct not peoples. Peoples is word but it means 'country'. So it might be be correct.

No guys. There is a word called 'Peoples'.

Peoples: (noun) The human beings of a particular nation, community or ethnic group

Guys here we have to find the word which is in bold letter not about the entire line so the ans is E.
