I think "if" should use in future or past tense, but how come used in present tense. I think A is correct.

It is not an imaginary sentence, so HAS is the correct answer because 2nd part is in future.

Here has is used as a main verb.

This is a conditional sentence. When two actions happen 2nd sentence depend on 1st sentence then present indefinite is used because both sentences is in the future.
