"He found a 'wooden broken chair' in the room" does not give a meaning.

So, BROKEN WOODEN CHAIR is the correct one. The 'situation, thing and the material'.

If there is a series of adjective describing a noun, then the adjectives are arranged according to the lenght of the sound of the words.
